Who Be I, if I Be Me ?
I am an explorer on the bi-ways of relationships, a left handed vagabond traveling thru uncertainty. Young at heart, but old in spirit with my heart attuned to nature.
A tree of life for over 50 years, reaching back in history through the brave Immigrant roots of my Irish grandparents. With parents and siblings, who taught love and respect.
who protected me and helped me build a big strong trunk with thick bark.
Born and raised in New Jersey, with more than 30 years living and playing in Colorado. For a time Blessed with 26 years as the partner of a wonder-filled woman on our path of discovery and love. joined by our two children and assisted by many dear friends along the way.
Ever evolving rings of growth have been built on through the years, as evidence of changes in my environment and self. Infant, brother, hippy, draftee, veteran, husband, father, lover. Catholic, Christian, pioneer, Toaist, driver, electrician, artist, gardener. And, who knows, what rings may yet be added.
Challenged, with An even share of male/female energy in my stars, due to my Sun and Moon in Cancer. A strong Male, sharing power with a female intuition. Cardinal water signs, with a Picies water sign rising helping me develop an extensive network of branches which are ambidextrous, strong, supple and tenacious.
In Eastern astronomy, having sprouted in 1952 the details translate to a Silver Water Dragon who loves his cave, stands up for what he believes, and defends his friends, treasures, and freedoms to the end. A jack of all trades, a self employed gardener, and explorer of childish curiosity.
A few of my hobbies include all Arts, Listening and reading, Tai Chi, Kayak Touring, Native American flute playing, Hiking and Camping.
My Taoist philosophy expressing the way of water, allows me to flow freely, change smoothly, see clearly and respect all that is. Nature is my teacher and boss, my playground and office, my inspiration and guide.
